To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Outdoor Daybeds, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Outdoor Daybeds will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Outdoor Daybeds. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Outdoor Daybeds. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Outdoor Daybeds Return Procedure will be breached and Outdoor Daybeds will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Outdoor Daybeds will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Outdoor Daybeds charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Outdoor Daybeds prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Warranty:

All Cast Aluminum Furniture frames have 10-year structural warranty from the date of purchase. If the frame fails structurally from normal usage during this period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the frame without charge. Customers must submit original sales receipt or online confirmation information with claim. Cast Aluminum Furniture Source will not accept returned goods without written authorization. For commercial use, the same warranty applies for a period of two years.
